Dreamy stay: lovely room, wonderfull stress-free breakfast, beautiful historical building(s), perfect location, friendly and calm atmosphere. Hotel is also very kid-friendly without loosing its luxurious atmosphere. They took kids so well into account: kid-size bathrobes/slippers, kid friendly shampoo etc kit waiting, teddy bears, surprices etc...

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, fantastic value for money. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures, not always something you can rely on. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel like valued guests. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival (we arrived at about 11am), and we were offered a selection of drinks while we waited. The reception staff were happy to organise taxis for us, and even allowed us to order food from outside of the hotel and have it delivered to our room as we were jet lagged and didn’t want to go out for dinner, and what we wanted wasn’t on the room service menu. Customer service was exceptional. As per other reviewers, the breakfast was to a very high standard, we wished we were staying more nights in order to try more dishes. We also ate at the hotel restaurant one night, and whilst the meal was at the more expensive end of the budget, we couldn’t not fault the quality. Our only regret was not visiting the spa while we were there, as I have no doubt the treatments would have been exceptional too. I have been recommending this hotel to everyone since I have been home.

Great location and charming breakfast room in historic basements and nice reception/lounge area.

The hotel is stunning and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were welcomed at check in with a hot drink, and enjoyed some time in the sauna after walking around in the snow. The breakfast was varied and offered many healthy options such as smoothies, cereals and nuts. Our little girl received a gift and some special toiletries in the room which she was very excited about. Staff were helpful and made our stay a very pleasant one. We will definitely book again when visiting Tallinn.

What we loved: 1.They really make you feel "at home" with customer-focused approach- a special thank you to the GM who has made our stay unforgettable. 2. The restaurant with a "Micheline- star" food quality- visiting is a must! ; 3. The room- spacious, rustic, unique, but modern and impeccably clean, with a beautiful bathroom and luxury amenities, and a big comfortable bed; 4. Great breakfast with a small, but delicious high quality food selection and some great a-la carte options. We look forward to coming back when next in the area!
