One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, fantastic value for money. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures, not always something you can rely on. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel like valued guests. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival (we arrived at about 11am), and we were offered a selection of drinks while we waited. The reception staff were happy to organise taxis for us, and even allowed us to order food from outside of the hotel and have it delivered to our room as we were jet lagged and didn’t want to go out for dinner, and what we wanted wasn’t on the room service menu. Customer service was exceptional. As per other reviewers, the breakfast was to a very high standard, we wished we were staying more nights in order to try more dishes. We also ate at the hotel restaurant one night, and whilst the meal was at the more expensive end of the budget, we couldn’t not fault the quality. Our only regret was not visiting the spa while we were there, as I have no doubt the treatments would have been exceptional too. I have been recommending this hotel to everyone since I have been home.

The waitress at breakfast remembered everything we had and without asking provided us with our favourites. The wife and I could not fault a thing. We would stay here again in a heart-beat! They even provided us with a lovely hand made Christmas stocking on Christmas day, filled with local goodies. A really nice touch. This is the best place you could go if you want a perfect Christmas! One of the best hotels we have stayed at. We will be visiting again and very highly reccommend to all our friends and family and to anyone who reads this. If you are pondering on a visit to this hotel, stop and just bite the bullet, you will not regret it. Perfection!

The restaurant with a "Micheline- star" food quality- visiting is a must! ; 3. The room- spacious, rustic, unique, but modern and impeccably clean, with a beautiful bathroom and luxury amenities, and a big comfortable bed; 4. Great breakfast with a small, but delicious high quality food selection and some great a-la carte options. We look forward to coming back when next in the area!

The hotel is stunning and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were welcomed at check in with a hot drink, and enjoyed some time in the sauna after walking around in the snow. The breakfast was varied and offered many healthy options such as smoothies, cereals and nuts. Our little girl received a gift and some special toiletries in the room which she was very excited about. Staff were helpful and made our stay a very pleasant one. We will definitely book again when visiting Tallinn.

Book ahead if you want to eat at the restaurant as it was full when we went (the room service was brilliant) and the private sauna is a must for the winter trips! The breakfast experience and food offering was fantastic and the staff were extremely kind and friendly. Would definitely return and have already recommended!
