One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, fantastic value for money. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures, not always something you can rely on. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel like valued guests. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival (we arrived at about 11am), and we were offered a selection of drinks while we waited. The reception staff were happy to organise taxis for us, and even allowed us to order food from outside of the hotel and have it delivered to our room as we were jet lagged and didn’t want to go out for dinner, and what we wanted wasn’t on the room service menu. Customer service was exceptional. As per other reviewers, the breakfast was to a very high standard, we wished we were staying more nights in order to try more dishes. We also ate at the hotel restaurant one night, and whilst the meal was at the more expensive end of the budget, we couldn’t not fault the quality. Our only regret was not visiting the spa while we were there, as I have no doubt the treatments would have been exceptional too. I have been recommending this hotel to everyone since I have been home.

What a very special place this hotel is, located in the heart of the Old Town, right round the corner from the medieval square. It was like stepping into the past with a log fire burning, low hanging wooden beams criss-crossing the spacious lobby. Staff were super helpful, polite and attentive to our every needs and we so persuasive in their recommendation that we eat in their restaurant, we booked (which we never do!) So glad we did - if this place doesn't get a Michelin Star soon, there;s no culinary justice in the world - exceptional food, with a nod to the traditional and the modern-European - a lot like Tallinn itself.

The location of this hotel was superb - right in the heart of the old town and minutes from the main square. The breakfast selection was fantastic - cereals, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cheese/meats etc along with a hot menu with a good selection of choices. All beautifully presented and quickly delivered. We were lucky to receive a room upgrade in arrival and had a lovely room with plenty of space. The staff were extremely welcoming, polite and helpful. We enjoyed meal in the restaurant which was wonderful. We would highly recommend this stunning and characterful hotel and return again if visiting Tallinn.

Hotel in a historic house in the city center, ideal for visiting, with plenty of restaurants 5 minutes away. We recommend the junior suite in an adjoining building, with its Italian shower and large bathtub, allowing you to go directly to the outdoor jacuzzi. Breakfast is plentiful, with a lot of choice and quality products: try the Estonian breakfast. We recommend you try the refined and good-priced cuisine of the hotel restaurant. Finally, the hotel has a smoking room for cigar lovers.

Perfect location for the whole old town and 2 min walk from the Christmas markets. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the festive holidays and felt really magical. Book ahead if you want to eat at the restaurant as it was full when we went (the room service was brilliant) and the private sauna is a must for the winter trips! The breakfast experience and food offering was fantastic and the staff were extremely kind and friendly. Would definitely return and have already recommended!
